• an “Executive Director“, with urban community development experience to continue the organization’s mission after predecessor was promoted. Seeking a lifelong Detroit resident with a combination of experience in fundraising, advocacy, racially equitable investing and affordable housing finance. Prior to this role, she led a highly successful Goldman Sach’s 10,000 small business program, achieving for Detroit a #1 ranking over all other programs nationwide. Successful candidate mentored long time staff and new hires into a high performing team, collectively contributing Detroit’s progress in both economic and community development.
