• an “Executive Director“, with urban community development experience in Cleveland to accelerate the organization’s effectiveness in closing the health, wealth and opportunity gap, through creation of affordable housing stock and mixed use investment
• The successful candidate had previously worked for the first affordable housing finance entity in the City, and had exceptionally strong references from funders in the area, including Cleveland’s largest and most prestigious Foundation. Successful candidate brought significant expertise in increasing housing stock and housing values without causing gentrification.
