Sharon Werdebaugh, MA, SPHR, SHRM – SCP

Sharon Werdebaugh, COO & Founder, Your Talent Team is an Executive Recruiter and Master Facilitator of Ntrinsx, a social intelligence and intrinsic values assessment platform. Sharon possesses over 28 years of progressive HR experience, including generalist and management-level responsibilities, complemented by 16 years of offering HR consultation services nationwide. She has successfully built and led cross-functional teams to achieve a company’s strategic goals and initiatives.

Sharon honed her skills in talent acquisition, benefits and compensation, performance management, training & development, coaching & mentoring, and process improvement within large-scale, world-class for-profit environments. Early in her career, Sharon completed her Six Sigma training program and spent two years as a Six Sigma Agent at a Fortune 500 leading projects and facilitating teams through improvements that produced over $4.2 million in savings.

Sharon has a B.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Fairmont State University and an M.A. in Corporate/Organizational Communications from West Virginia University. As an active community member in North Central West Virginia, Sharon is very active with the Harrison Country Chamber of Commerce and has served several terms as a Board Member, while sitting on several committees. Sharon also sits on the advisory boards for Harmony Assisted Living as well as Pierpont Community & Technical College’s Business Department. Most recently Sharon accepted a Board position with WorkAble Industries, Inc., an organization that provides jobs for those with disabilities.

After West Virginia Executive Magazine named her one of its 10 “Young Guns” for 2012, Sharon was named Harrison County’s Volunteer of the Year in 2013 and Citizen of the Year in 2015.

Sharon founded Your Talent Team, LLC in 2016, to focus on Talent Acquisition, Executive Recruiting and Headhunting. As a Ntrinsx certified Master Facilitator, Sharon enjoys teaching companies/organizations how to build a culture of respect based upon the intrinsic values and temperament of their greatest asset, their people.
