In her early career, Christina has a proven track record of leading national recruitment (clinical and executive) teams for publicly traded companies (Amedisys) and nonprofits (Louisiana Department of Revenue) and developing innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Additionally, she has held leadership roles on the board for the St. George Home and School Association for several years and currently serves on the board of directors for the St. Joseph’s Academy Mother’s Club. She is an active member of St. George Catholic Church in Baton Rouge, LA.
