Christina Boudreaux co-founded our Top Echelon National Mission Driven Search practice which focuses exclusively on recruiting CEOs and Executive Directors for community-based mission driven nonprofits. She is the Practice Leader for our Faith-based Nonprofits Practice, a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW). Christina is also the owner and founder of Connectly Recruiting. a boutique recruiting and human resources consulting firm. With over 17 years of HR and Talent Acquisition experience, she is passionate about helping companies and candidates connect with stellar opportunities. Christina works with organizations to support them through recruiting efforts for executive search, and professional recruiting initiatives. Her experience includes senior level human resources and recruiting leadership roles in both the private and public sector. Christina has led national talent acquisition organizations for publicly traded companies, and led many initiatives to drive business results through recruiting and retention strategies.  She simplifies the complexities of human capital strategies for clients, through innovative solutions surrounding people, process and technology.
