We recruited a CEO from another not for profit Community Mental Health Center, to Valeo, which has since achieved full accreditation as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). Recognized regionally for its innovation and evidenced based practices, the Valeo Board of Directors sought a CEO, who could lead the organization to a an even higher (national) level of excellence. After an internal 10 month search failed to surface a “game-changer”, the Board considered seven search firms before selecting ours.  We conducted a national search, presenting multiple qualified candidates within 30 days and had the Board interview finalists within 60 days. The successfully recruited CEO was on board in 90 days, including relocation.
